These terms apply to your use of tenesre.com and to any order you place with tenesre. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We describe and photograph our watches as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes and weights are approximate. Water resistance ratings are given as stated — a 3 bar watch is splash-resistant, not suitable for swimming.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a price or product was listed in error, and we will refund you in full if we do. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent, or if an item becomes unavailable, with a full refund.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Delivery times are estimates and are set out on our Delivery & Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the EU right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.

Intellectual property

The text, images and design of this site belong to tenesre or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
